Frequently asked questions

How does this fit with our existing concierge stack?
We integrate with most resident-services platforms, ElevateOS, Equiem, Salto, Cubbi, Yardi Voyager amenity modules, via either branded URL handoff, API webhook, or full white-label embed. Discovery call determines the right fit; setup is typically 14 days for the first building.
What's the revenue model for the building?
Three common shapes: (1) revenue share on every booking (typically 8-15% of resident-paid service revenue), (2) amenity inclusion fee (building pays us a fixed monthly fee, residents redeem services at no charge), or (3) hybrid, base amenity tier included, premium services billed direct. We model both for you on the discovery call.
Do you carry insurance and W-9?
Yes. Standard partnership includes a $1M general liability certificate naming the building as additional insured, a $2M umbrella above that, W-9 on file, and a master service agreement covering both parties. All providers in our network carry their own $1M liability policies as well.
Can residents book directly or only through concierge?
Both. Most luxury buildings prefer concierge-dispatched (resident requests at the desk, concierge logs the request through our portal/API). Some buildings prefer direct-resident booking through a co-branded URL with the building's logo and color scheme. Hybrid is common, concierge for high-touch, direct for routine.
How do you handle provider quality issues?
Every booking includes a feedback loop, resident rates the visit, building concierge reviews the report. Provider falls below 4.8 stars over a 14-day window = automatic review. Below 4.5 over a 30-day window = removed from your building's roster. We maintain an excess provider pool so there's no service disruption.
Do you support pet transport (vet, grooming, daycare runs)?
Yes. Our pet transport service is USDA Class T registered and covers same-day local runs (vet appointments, groomer, daycare drop-off/pickup) and longer-distance moves. Local pet taxi within most metros runs $40-$250 depending on distance.
What's the smallest building you work with?
We've onboarded buildings as small as 60 units when the unit-mix is right (high pet-ownership %, premium demographic, concierge desk). Below that, the resident demand often doesn't justify the partnership setup overhead, but discovery calls are free and we'll tell you straight.
How do you screen providers for our building specifically?
After discovery, we run a building-specific provider pool: zip code coverage, weekend availability, exotic-pet experience, brachycephalic-breed handling, vet-tech credentials if your residents have older or medical-needs pets. Your building's roster is curated, not random.
