Frequently asked questions

How much does dog waste removal cost?
Weekly residential yard scooping runs $15 to $25 per visit for one dog and $20 to $35 for two to three dogs. Twice-weekly service runs $25 to $45 per week. HOA and apartment station servicing runs $50 to $150 per station per month.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. As long as the scooper can access your yard through an unlocked gate, gate code, or key, you do not need to be home. Every visit ends with a photo confirmation and the gate latched as found.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract for residential service. Most customers are on a no-commitment weekly subscription billed week-to-week or monthly. Pause for winter, skip a week, or cancel anytime.
What do you do with the waste?
Your choice: hauled away and disposed of off-site, or double-bagged and placed in your trash bin. Tools are sanitized between every yard to prevent disease transmission between properties.
How much is the first cleanup?
The first or one-time cleanup runs $25 to $90 depending on yard size and accumulation, since the buildup is heavier than a maintained yard. After that you drop to the standard recurring weekly rate.
Do you service apartment buildings and HOAs?
Yes. We install and restock pet waste stations, service common areas and dog runs, and run scheduled routes for apartment buildings, condos, and HOAs on a single monthly invoice.
What happens if it snows or rains?
Light rain does not stop service. Snow cover pauses service until the thaw, with no charge for paused weeks. Many customers book a spring deep-clean for the post-winter accumulation.
How often should I schedule service?
Weekly is the standard for most households. Twice-weekly suits multi-dog households or smaller yards where accumulation builds faster. Every-other-week is available at a higher per-visit rate.
Are the tools sanitized between yards?
Yes. Scooping tools are sanitized between every property. This prevents the transmission of parasites and bacteria, which is a real risk in dog waste, from one yard to the next.
How quickly can service start?
We match a vetted, insured scooper within 24 hours of your request. The first cleanup is often scheduled the same week, then your recurring weekly visits begin.
